High-Level Land Banking Opportunity (Accredited Investors Only)
*Instructions to View the Presentation Inside
Hey guys, Mikkel here,
Have you ever thought about what happens financially for the landowner who controls a specific block of growth-enabling land before it becomes crucial to the plans of a large-scale developer or institutional-level buyer?
Sometimes, that person owned the land by circumstance, and they are the recipient of good fortune just by living or owning the acreage where growth needs to go.
Other times, that landowner was much more intentional and purchased the land at a low price while it was relatively undesirable, because they understood it would one day be important to someone with deep pockets.
He or she studied the direction of growth, understood where infrastructure was moving, and saw where population pressure, commercial activity, logistics, and new housing developments would eventually need to go…
So they bought the land, held it patiently, and waited for the surrounding growth to arrive… and then waited for the right buyer to come along with the right offer.
Either way, the same principle applies.
As a country grows, strategically located land becomes more important because growth has to be accommodated somewhere.
Developers need land for housing.
Industrial plazas need large spaces of land for warehouses, logistics facilities, distribution hubs, and business parks.
Roads, bridges, population movement, and private (and public) development all create pressure on the best-positioned land in the path of that growth.
…and when that land is already controlled by someone else, the groups that need it are often forced to come with serious offers to execute their large-scale plans.
That is the essence of land banking.
My partner Markus has been on the ground in Paraguay for more than a decade, and over that time, he has secured control of some of the most well- positioned land in the country.
Countrywide land values have been rising, but in certain areas, the combination of infrastructure projects, housing/commercial development, and population movement is accelerating much faster toward regions where we own and control the land.
That is what this special presentation is about.
I am not going to explain our entire thesis here because it deserves more than a few paragraphs.
To understand why Markus and I are so bullish on this specific land position, you need to watch the presentation in full.
Inside, you will see what is already happening across the land we control, why infrastructure and development are moving in our direction, and why we believe this creates an exceptionally high-upside opportunity for accredited investors (many of you qualify without realizing it).
Together, Markus and I have allocated a specific block of our landholdings for a high-level buy-and-hold land banking opportunity, and we are inviting accredited investors from the Expat Money and Paraguay Potential Communities to participate.
This opportunity is already 50% subscribed, and we will raise the remaining capital over the next four months.
However, before I say anything else, I need to be very clear.
This invitation is only open to accredited investors.
Generally speaking, an accredited investor is someone who meets certain income, net worth, or financial sophistication requirements that allow them to participate in certain private investment opportunities. In the United States and Canada, you may qualify based on income, net worth (excluding your primary residence), or certain professional credentials.
Don’t worry if you are not sure whether you qualify as an accredited investor; when you click the link at the end of this newsletter to view the special Land Banking presentation, you will be taken to a page with a simple form that takes only a few seconds to complete, and the qualifications will be listed there so you can self-determine whether you are an accredited investor before accepting the invitation to view the presentation.
If you meet the qualifications of an accredited investor, you will be able to view the special presentation.
If you are not accredited, simply click “no” on the form, and you will be redirected to a different presentation launched exclusively for the Expat Money and Paraguay Potential communities in February of this year (2026).
I want you to take this invitation seriously.
This is a high-level land-banking opportunity centred on a very specific piece of strategically positioned Paraguayan land, and the invitation to review it is not one I am extending lightly.
After you have watched the presentation in full, you can email my personal assistant, Michelle, if you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity at [email protected]. Michelle will then organize a private meeting between you, me, and Markus to further discuss your involvement in this opportunity.
Speak soon,
Mikkel
PS. The Paraguay Land Banking opportunity is for accredited investors only, and it is already 50% subscribed. If you qualify, watch the full presentation, understand the thesis, and then email Michelle at [email protected] to arrange a private meeting with my partner, Markus Amann and me.
