Super Exciting Update About the HUB.8 Project

Hey guys, Mikkel here,

I’m sitting in the Business Class Lounge at the airport right now, on my way to Próspera to speak at the Free Cities Conference. I’m banging this email out before my flight because I just received some amazing news about HUB.8 that I wanted to get into your hands ASAP.

So, we just got word that the HUB.8 project will be breaking ground in the coming weeks. 

Now, during this time, we’ve already prepared the land, got our permits, and we’re ready to roll.

Yes, there’s been a bit of a delay in this project, but that’s alright. This is normal and par for the course for pre-construction developments.

The nice thing is that with the delay, no deposits were actually made on the project. It’s only been reservation fees.

We now have the go-ahead on everything, and Fernando will be reaching out to you soon regarding contracts.

There are going to be some adjustments to some units, so you’ll get an email if this applies to you.

If you don't hear from Fernando about this, it doesn’t affect you.

In some cases, the units got a little bit bigger. In some cases, the units got a little bit smaller, but the price per square meter is exactly the same.

It’s also worth noting that everybody who invested with me in this project last year is up over 25% already on their investment, and you haven’t even paid for it.

How amazing is that?

We’ve been able to add additional floors to the project. We rejigged the parking a little bit, and we saved some money on the building costs for the foundation of the project.

It was a lot of work, but Fernando and his team are absolute wizards, and they’ve been working around the clock for the last year to make this project come to fruition.

I’m super pumped about the whole thing.
