The Rise of Paraguay’s Fastest-Growing Investment Corridor
Members-only access to a high-growth opportunity... at an unbelievable entry point
Hey guys, Mikkel here,
Most people assume that buying real estate close to home is the safer option.
It feels familiar.
You can point to comparable sales and convince yourself that paying a premium price is justified because it’s a place that everyone already agrees is valuable.
But when you step back and look at the math, the real risk becomes apparent...
In markets like Canada, the U.S., and much of Europe, entry prices are already sky-high, leverage is often required just to participate, and future returns depend almost entirely on the assumption that things will continue as they have in the past.
You’re paying top dollar today for the hope of modest appreciation tomorrow, while absorbing all the downside risk if conditions shift even slightly.
While most investors are still chasing marginal gains in over-regulated markets, the real opportunity lies in emerging markets, where the rules are clear, pricing is still accessible, and the trajectory points towards sustained growth.
That’s completely different than buying in saturated markets, where small changes in interest or consumer sentiment can wipe out years of expected returns.
When you buy into a mature market, you’re paying a price that already reflects decades of growth and competition.
When you buy into an emerging growth corridor, you’re positioning yourself before that growth is priced in.
Instead of tying up massive amounts of capital in a single high-priced property back home, investors just like you are securing well-located residential units at accessible entry points inside high-growth markets in the developing world.
In this scenario, you simply need to take the position and exercise patience as the surrounding area continues to do what it already is doing… grow.
Over the past three years, I’ve invested more time, capital, and professional energy into Paraguay than almost any other country I do business in.
I’ve spent an extraordinary amount of time on the ground, returning again and again to meet partners, walk neighbourhoods, tour construction sites, sit with local developers, and watch patterns we anticipated play out in real time.
During that same period, I’ve helped hundreds of families not only invest in Paraguayan real estate, but also secure legal residency so they are safely and legally established inside a jurisdiction that actually makes solid sense as part of a long-term Plan-B.
…and here’s an important note: Paraguay didn’t become a go-to jurisdiction inside our community because its government all of a sudden introduced some brand new policy that made the country attractive to expats or offshore investors overnight.
It became a go-to Plan-B jurisdiction because it’s built on fundamentals that are increasingly rare in today’s world: food and energy independence, a productive domestic economy, favourable treatment of foreign capital, a growing manufacturing base, expanding tariff-free trade routes and a shared attitude toward growth.
Right now, inside Paraguay’s most economically important city, a residential corridor is forming that reflects the same pattern I’ve watched repeat itself over and over again in several emerging growth markets: “the cluttering effect”.
It starts with capital beginning to concentrate along a specific corridor because infrastructure, zoning, and livability intersect in a way that makes future demand almost unavoidable.
What we’re seeing right now inside Paraguay’s fastest-growing corridor is the early formation of a true cluster - an area where development, infrastructure advancements, public and private services and population growth are rising in unison.
Multiple residential projects are being developed in close proximity to one another…
Shared infrastructure (both government and privately backed) is being built out…
Commercial and service density is increasing…
When you see roads, utilities, and zoning decisions aligning around a small geographic pocket, it’s because the math already makes sense, and it indicates that people with serious capital on the line have a growth-backed thesis.
Those who are early into a cluster, before the area in question becomes a full-on self-sustaining ecosystem in its own right, will always secure the largest upside.
We are already watching this happen, and, humbly, we’ve been leading the charge since day one.
Simply put, our community didn’t stumble into this area late…
…we’ve been involved since this particular region was still mistakenly overlooked by most.
Over the past few years, investors from our community have participated in the development of multiple buildings in this exact corridor, including one project that is now fully owned by members.
That doesn’t happen without deep local relationships, strong developer alignment, and years spent on the ground understanding where Paraguay was actually heading.
If Paraguay has been on your radar (or if you’re trying to understand why it keeps coming up inside our community), this special presentation I am hosting will make the picture very clear.
Here are the details to join me live:
Presentation Title: THE RISE OF PARAGUAY’S FASTEST-GROWING INVESTMENT CORRIDOR

Paraguay didn’t earn its place in our ecosystem overnight.
It earned its place by consistently doing the things that matter right: protecting property rights, maintaining political stability, supporting productive industry, promoting growth, and allowing families and investors to establish a real, legal foothold without unnecessary red tape.
Paraguay’s growth has been deliberate, structural, and remarkably consistent; the kind of growth that tends to reward people who arrive early, stay patient, and understand how real markets actually develop.
What I am going to unveil next Saturday is a premium residential project that is being built alongside our existing development projects and is strongly positioned to benefit from everything that has already been set in motion via the “clustering effect”.
Access to projects like this comes from years of building trust with developers who think long-term.
My partner, Fernando de Cevallos, has been at the forefront of identifying high-growth zones in Paraguay well before they became obvious, and this corridor is a direct extension of that track record.
Fernando has a track record of identifying high-growth zones in Paraguay before they become obvious, then executing while others hesitate or dismiss the opportunity entirely.
Most investors in our community choose to place their units in fully managed rental programs to generate consistent recurring revenue while retaining the ability to use the property themselves when needed.
In other words, these aren’t assets that sit idle while they are appreciating in value.
They work for you.
For first-time offshore investors, the entry points here remain accessible.
Developer payment schedules make securing a position inside this development very attainable, even for people who are early in their wealth-building journey and don’t yet have hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest.
For more experienced investors, if you don’t already have a position inside of Paraguay, what I am going to discuss this coming Saturday deserves your immediate attention.
I can’t wait to walk you through this project in detail: the location, the positioning, the development plans, the investment thesis… and exactly how it fits into the broader growth story within the country.
We’ll break down why this zone is evolving into Paraguay’s fastest-growing residential investment hub, how the cluster effect is already driving demand and pricing, and why investors who position early stand to benefit disproportionately over the coming years.
If you want to understand how this corridor is forming, why it’s accelerating now, and how investors are positioning themselves before it becomes obvious to everyone else, I’m breaking it all down inside this special presentation.
This isn’t about guessing where things might go.
It’s about understanding where things are already going.
Speak soon,
Mikkel
